In Gstaad itself you have 10 km of trails of intermediate level at your disposal, 5 of which are skating-style trails. It is particularly pleasing to dog owners that dogs are allowed on some of trails. In the total holiday region of Gstaad – Saanenland you’ll find a total network of 180 km of trail. However a fee is payable on all trails in the region. The predominantly easy to intermediate trails lead through practically untouched surroundings. The longest trail, at 30 km in length goes from Gstaad to Gsteig at an altitude of between 1,050 and 1,250 m. Several other high altitude and flood-lit trails round off the offer, and confirm that the Gstaad region is really one of the top three cross-country areas in Switzerland!
