Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy

To ensure safety on the ski slopes in Italy, stricter safety regulations have been in force since 2022. In order to use the ski areas, everyone must have liability insurance that covers damage to third parties. It will also be possible to take out this insurance on site for individual days. Drunken skiing is prohibited and punishable by heavy fines, with a maximum of 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood. To reduce the risk of injury, helmets are also compulsory for all minors when skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing.

Après ski Fiè allo Sciliar

The idyllic Fiè allo Sciliar is rather laid back. Here there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy national and international dishes. The nice bars and cafés sweeten the day with local treats.

The medieval Prösels Castle, as well as the parish church with its beautiful pulpit offer cultural variety. Fiè allo Sciliar's famous hay baths ensure relaxation. The hay baths, laced with medicinal herbs, allow you to completely relax and make fatigue and tension a thing of the past.

If you are looking for a more sporty programme, you can try yourself on one of the 7 toboggan runs in Fiè allo Sciliar or at the Alpe di Siusi. The winter landscape however can also be explored on a winter hike, or on snowshoes, or on a horse-drawn carriage ride. The idyllic Fiè Pond - in summer it is one the best and cleanest lakes to swim in the whole of Italy - is turned into a natural ice rink in winter, which invites you to practice your pirouettes.

Snowpark: Snowpark Seiser Alm Fiè allo Sciliar

The Dolomites do not only offer a fascinating panorama, but also an interesting offer for all freestyle fans. Those who enjoy taking risks, will feel at home in the "Snowpark Seiser Alm". On over 1.5 km there are more than 60 obstacles, which offer an extensive enjoyment to all adrenaline junkies, from beginners to pros.

In the upper part of the park, the easy line invites you to take your first jumps and offers various kickers and boxes. All advanced and pros can find a medium and a pro line along the whole park - with a 5 times kicker line, two rail lines, and an especially challenging kicker line for pros.
