Ski area Pinzolo

With the lift pass "Pinzolo", you will gain access to a small but lovely family ski area on the Doss del Sabion, with a total of 32 km of pistes. There are 14 lifts between 800 and 2,100 m. The mostly easy, gentle to intermediate slopes are perfectly oriented for first-time skiers. Further, the holiday program designed for children ensures that families won't pass up on this accessible ski area.

The longest piste measures 5.2 km, and is recommended for more advanced skiers. Ski-fanatics can weave down the black run ''Pista Competition'', upon which one of the most important ski championships for juniors has taken place for years! For boarders, there's also the ski area at Busa di Grual with a fun park that offers tables, slides, jumps, and half-pipes. Pinzolo is also linked by cabin gondola to the ski area Madonna di Campiglio-Val di Sole. Should you wish, it is also possible locally to acquire a lift pass for this area, and try out the famous pistes at Madonna di Campiglio.

Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy

To ensure safety on the ski slopes in Italy, stricter safety regulations have been in force since 2022. In order to use the ski areas, everyone must have liability insurance that covers damage to third parties. It will also be possible to take out this insurance on site for individual days. Drunken skiing is prohibited and punishable by heavy fines, with a maximum of 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood. To reduce the risk of injury, helmets are also compulsory for all minors when skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing.

Night skiing Pinzolo (Madonna di Campiglio)

In Pinzolo (Madonna di Campiglio", Italy shows that skiing is also part of the Dolce Vita: the night ski area is a special highlight for guests of the resort. If you want to go night skiing in Pinzolo, you can rent a black competition piste that is solely prepared for night skiing. - It sounds a little decadent, and surely has its price. Not any less beautiful, under the same starry sky, and a lot less more affordable, is the night ski area in Folgarida Marilleva. Only a stone's throw from Pinzolo, the pistes are open for extened skiing fun several times per week. Snacks and drinks afterwards, as well as a great atmosphere on the piste are also guaranteed.

Après ski Pinzolo (Madonna di Campiglio)

It's a little quieter in Pinzolo than in the chic neighbouring resort of Madonna di Campiglio. Much to the satisfaction of most holiday guests, however, things are also considerably less expensive! In the evenings, restaurants provide delectable Trentino cuisine, which can be followed up by a drink at one of the bars to draw a successful day on the slopes to a close.

There are also many possibilities during the day aside from the pistes: in the riding centre in Pinzolo, you can discover the area on horseback. Dog-sled rides through the snowy winter landscape are also offered. Paragliding from the Doss del Sabion is a sure promise for thrills! Furthermore, the resort offers an indoor pool, a modern ice stadium with curling, and the possibility for ice climbing at the frozen Nardis waterfalls. Those who need even more variety can venture into the neighbouring Madonna di Campiglio and take a stroll through the famous pedestrian zone; with good luck, you might even have a celebrity sighting!
