The cosy pistes at Hochschwarzeck are ideal for families and floodlit fans have the opportunity to enjoy themselves at Rossfeld on Wednesdays until the evening hours. The 6 km long downhill run there to Oberau is wonderfully suitable for beginners at an easy level.
The boarders' scene meets at Götschen, where the snow park is located. Thanks in part to their World Cup-suitable slopes, the ski areas around Königssee enjoy an international reputation as venues for world championships in snowboarding as well as in tobogganing and bobsleighing!
The Zinken ski area even offers you the chance to ski the slopes in neighbouring Austria. With the guest card, which you receive on site, you can use almost all public buses free of charge, which of course also serve the valley stations as a kind of ski bus substitute.
From the 24/25 season, there will no longer be any groomed pistes available on the Jenner. However, the ride on the modernised Jennerbahn is still included in the lift pass. You also have the opportunity to use the new approx. 1.4 kilometre long toboggan run from the mountain station, explore the surrounding area on the snowshoe trail to the "Vorderer Pfaffenkegel" or try out the groomed winter hiking trail around the Speicherweiher pond.
