Location and facilities
The friendly furnished 3-star Hotel Steinbock is located in the centre of Grindelwald, only approx. 50 m from the First lift. A ski bus stop is to be found directly in front of the house (approx. 10 m), and the cross-country track in Grindelwald can be reached within 1 km.The accommodation's facilities include reception, elevator, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant and bar. Parking spaces are freely available at the hotel, however if paid for locally you can also park your car in the hotel parking garage (depends on availability, reservation necessary).
In resort, you will receive the Grindelwald guest card, which for example gives you reductions on local buses (subject to change, see information in resort).

- Children ages 5 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can use the lifts for free when accompanied by a parent. For independently skiing children (e. g. when taking skiing lessons) a lift pass needs to be purchased locally. Further information can be obtained at the lift office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
