Location
The traditional 4-star Hotel Engel is located in the centre of the village of Schluderns with its restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The mountain railway in Trafoi can be reached after about 17 km, Sulden after about 20 km. A hotel shuttle service takes you to the ski lifts (see information on site).Facilities
The authentic hotel consists of a main house and an annexe about 50 m away. The general facilities of the long-established country inn include a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi (only in the main house), lounge with fireplace corner, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, children's playroom and terrace. A ski room is available for your equipment. Parking is available in the parking garage (obligatory, for a fee).The approx. 1,000 m² wellness area has an indoor pool as well as a fitness room, steam bath, sauna, organic sauna, Finnish sauna, whirlpool on the roof terrace, Turkish steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room. For a fee, you can use the solarium or book a massage (both by reservation).
The hotel offers a sports and entertainment program (see info on site, some for a fee).
Board
Half board includes a breakfast buffet and a 5-course menu with salad buffet in the evening. Vegetarian menus can also be prepared on request. In addition, the hotel organises various theme evenings.At Christmas (24/12) there is a 3-course Christmas dinner. A special dinner is also served on New Year's Eve (compulsory to pay locally). All meals are taken in the main house.
