Ski holidays Molveno - Italian serenity meets dolce vita!
Molveno
Situated at 864 m is Molveno on the shore of Lake Molveno. Picturesquely nestled between the Paganella Massif and the Brenta Massiv, the resort offers both nature lovers and sports enthusiasts countless opportunities. The majority of the community is located in the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park and is an ideal starting point for snow shoe hikes or horse sleigh rides. Molveno does not have its own pistes, but those looking for action will be right at home 5 km away in the Paganella ski area. Even the US ski team has established its European training centre here. After a lovely winter day, numerous restaurants and bars invite you in for a relaxing end to your day.Paganella
The Paganella Massif soars above the Etsch Valley, from altitudes between 1,030 - 2,125 m. The highest peak at 2,125 m offers a breathtaking 360° panorama view from Lake Garda in the south to the Dolomites in the north. With a total of approx. 32 kilometres of primarily intermediate piste, Paganella is especially popular among families with children. Contrary to many Austrian ski areas, guests in Paganella enjoy, above all, Italian serenity and cosy lodges inviting skiers in for a cup of cappuccino. From Paganella, visitors can easily reach Trento, the old episcopal city and capital of Trentino. There guests can visit the Romanesque cathedral and the Castello del Buonconsiglio with its museums, or stroll leisurely through the many boutiques and shops.Travel Molveno
