Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star hotel Grüner Baum - Residence Gasser is located approx. 200 m from the Bressanone resort centre. The annexed house, Residence Gasser, is located approx. 150 m from the hotel. The ski bus stops approx. 150 m away, and takes you comfortably to the approx. 8.5 km distant Plose ski area.The cosy hotel Grüner Baum offers a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi, TV room (upon availability), lift, breakfast room, dining room, a la carte restaurant, bar, ski room as well as free parking spaces and a garage (for a fee). The Residence Gasser has another breakfast room.
The approx. 5,000 m² large spa area has a heated outdoor pool, two indoor pools, children's pool, jacuzzi, open air sauna with sauna yard and Kneipp paths as well as four relaxation rooms (6:00 - 22:00). For a fee, you can also use the steam bath, organic sauna Finnish sauna, solarium and relaxation room of the new spa area (9:30 - 12:00 and 14:30 - 19:00). The beauty centre can also be visited (for a fee) where you can treat yourself to several body, face and foot treatments as well as various massages and spa baths. A fitness room is also available for free use.
At the resort, you will receive the BrixenCard, which grants you access to free as well as reduced attractions in the region such as free use of the Southern Tyrolean public transportation, one entry for 2.5 hours in the "Acquarena" water park, free entrance into several Southern Tyrolean museums and much more (services subject to change, see information in resort).
Board
The already included half-board consists of a breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening meal with appetiser, salad and dessert buffet. 1 x per stay, a themed evening takes place. Little guests can receive a special children's menu. Furthermore, the New Year's Eve buffet is included as well. For guests living in the "Residence Gasser", breakfast is served there, whereas dinner is served in the hotel "Grüner Baum".Pets

Important notes
- Access to the indoor pool is only permitted to children if accompanied by an adult.
- Access to the spa area is permitted from 16 years.
- Per purchased adult lift pass, each one child on the booking (born after 25/11/2010) receives a free pass for use of the lifts (ID required). Should there be more children travelling than adults, each further child has to acquire a children's lift pass in resort. More info at the lift office.
