Location and facilities
The nature-inspired 3-star Hotel Jäger von Fall is situated right on the Sylvenstein reservoir in Lenggries, approx. 15 km away from both the centre and the ski area. Access to a cross-country trail can be found directly at the hotel.General facilities include a reception, lobby, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, reading room, TV room, parlour, children's play room (during the Bavarian holidays), breakfast room, dining room, restaurant, bar, café, and ski room. Furthermore, you can rent toboggans for free, and there is also table tennis and table football available to enjoy. Free parking spaces can also be used (upon availability).
The sauna area (approx. 100 m²), with sauna and infrared cabin, as well as the fitness area, can be used for free. Per request and for a fee, you can also book massages.
When receiving the "Gästekarte PLUS" guest card, of which is valid for the length of your stay, you will be allowed free entrance (once per day) to the Isarwelle family pool in Lenggries (services subject to change, as per info in resort).

Important notes
- Use of the lifts is free for children under the age of 6 when accompanied by a full-paying parent. Should children be participating in ski lessons or wish to use the practice lift, a separate lift pass must be purchased.
