The traditional Alpen-Hotel Seimler is situated approx. 3 km from the centre of Berchtesgaden. The Obersalzberg ski area is located approx. 5 km away, the ski area Rossfeld approx. 6 km and a bus stop (public bus operated by the RVO) is approx. 100 m away.The hotel is furnished in Bavarian style and its facilities include a lobby with reception and Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, a ski room and a terrace (weather-dependant). The indoor pool and the sauna (opening hours as per info in resort) are available for free. The in-house nine-pin bowling alley can be used for a locally payable fee. Free parking spaces are available at the hotel.

Important notes
- Access to the indoor pool and sauna is only permitted to children ages 12 and up and only when accompanied by an adult.
- As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner will no longer be possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car is included in the lift pass for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers.
- The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. In case a lift pass is presented, no toll is charged for this .
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
