Location
The family-run 4-star Hotel Schmelmer Hof is located on the quiet outskirts of Bad Aibling. It is about 2 km to the centre of Bad Aibling and via the town of Brannenburg, about 25 km away, holidaymakers can access the challenging Wendelstein ski area. Cross-country skiers can reach a cross-country ski trail after about 12 km in Bad Feilnbach and the bus stop is about 400 m from the hotel.Facilities
Facilities at the accommodation include a reception area and lobby with reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, a parlour, conservatory, luggage storage and a terrace. Guests are catered for in the breakfast room, a bar, the restaurant and a café. Parking spaces are available to guests free of charge, subject to availability, and seminar and conference rooms can be rented.The 1200 m² wellness area offers guests an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and a relaxation room. The accommodation also has a fitness room. The solarium is available for a fee, as are treatments in the wellness and beauty centre and massages.
Holidaymakers receive a spa or guest card on site with which, for example, participation in an activity programme or free bus rides are possible (see information on site, subject to change and restrictions) and, as guests of the hotel, 10% discount on admission to the thermal spa in Bad Aibling.

Breakfast in the form of a breakfast buffet is already included in the price.Upon arrival, guests of the accommodation receive a bottle of water in their room.
