  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including 4 years of age. Please note that a lift pass may have to be purchased on site for children under the age of 5. Further information is available on site at the lift pass distribution point or at the lift ticket office.
  • No lift pass voucher is issued for senior citizens aged 65 and over. Please note that a lift pass must be purchased on site. Seniors aged 75 and over receive the lift pass on site at a reduced rate on presentation of appropriate proof of age. Further information is available on site at the lift pass distribution point or at the lift ticket office.
  • If the apartment is not left in a clean condition and no final cleaning has been booked in advance, part of the deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee. Please note that this amount is higher than the cost of booking the final cleaning.
  • The maximum entrance height into the underground parking garage is 2.10 m.

Reductions

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
