At a glance
Location
The cosy Zams "schihütte" is located directly in the Venet ski area, so you can start directly from the hut into the ski area in the morning and ski down to the hut in the evening (ski-in & ski-out). The centre of Zams with shopping facilities can be found after a drive into the valley. There is also an entrance to the cross-country ski trail. The Landeck-Zams train station is about 1.2 km away. You can reach a toboggan run after about 100 m.Facilities
The general facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, toboggan and snowshoe rental (upon availability) and a ski cellar. Free public parking is available at the Rifenalbahn valley station (upon availability).The journey to the Zams ski hut is only possible with the Rifenalbahn chairlift. Luggage can be left at the valley station of the Rifenalbahn and will be brought from the mountain station to the hut by the hosts free of charge. A ticket for the use of the mountain railway must be purchased on site for the arrival (and possibly also for the departure). The last ascent on the day of arrival is at 15:30 (no arrival is possible after the last cable car!).
Board
he Half Board PLUS included in the price includes a breakfast buffet, an afternoon soup (from 16:00) and an evening buffet with a large salad bar. The preparation of vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free and dietary food is also possible on request.Pets

Important notes
- Please note that the accommodation can only be reached by mountain railway, as it is located directly in the skiing area. Arrival is only possible during operating hours (until 15:30) with the Rifenalbahn. If you have booked a lift pass, it is only valid from the day after arrival, so the purchase of a separate lift pass for the day of arrival is obligatory in order to get to the accommodation. If required, a ticket for the use of the mountain railway on the day of departure can also be purchased on site. You can hand over your luggage to the luggage service at the valley station of the Rifenalbahn and it will be brought to your accommodation free of charge.
- In winter season 22/23 the gondola lift "Venetbahn" remains out of service. All other chairlifts and T-bar lifts are in operation and ensure use of the entire ski area.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
