Location and facilities
The 3-star Familotel Sailer & Stefan (previously named "Familotel Kinderhotel Sailer") is located approx. 900 m from the centre of Wenns, with the nearest shops only approx. 300 m away. The ski bus stops approx. 100 from the hotel and takes you comfortably to the approx. 8.5 km distant Hochzeiger lift, and to the ski areas Riffelsee and the Pitztal Glacier (approx. 30 km). Access to a cross-country track can be found approx. 7 km away and a winter hiking trail is only approx. 100 m from the building.The family-friendly hotel is composed of two buildings: the "Hotel Stefan" and the approx. 900 m distant "Hotel Sailer" and offers an inviting entrance hall with seating facilities, two receptions with (with free safe in the main building), lift, Wi-Fi (payable locally), breakfast room, restaurant, a la carte restaurant, parlour, a sociable hotel bar, conservatory, lounge area and table tennis, a children's playroom and play corner. For winter sports gear, there is a walk-in ski room with boot drier available, and there is also the possibility to the use the free-of-charge ski depot at the gondola. Parking spaces at the hotel can be used free of charge (based on availability).
The approx. 100 m² large spa area (incl., open daily between 15:00 and 20:00) offers a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, conservatory and spa terrace with jacuzzi for full relaxation. If paid for locally, there is also a solarium and infrared cabin available. Massage treatments can also be booked and paid for in resort.
For holiday entertainment there is a diverse programme on offer 3 times per week, including a ski tutoring demo evening (Tue, from 20:00), torch hike (Wed, from 20:00) and a toboggan evening (Thu, from 19:00). Once per week there is an info evening with the ski tutors (Sat, from 17:00) and there is also the possibility to rent hiking and Nordic-Walking poles (based on availability).
Children and teens (0 - 15 years) can make full use of approx. 300 m² play area. Baby-care service (0 - 3 years) is offered from Mondays to Fridays (09:00 - 17:00). Baby monitor and further baby facilities (such as changing mats, water kettle, diaper bin and baby bats) can be requested for (to rent, based on availability).
Children between 3 and 14 years are taken care of in the SAiLis Mini and Maxi Clubs for each approx. 20 hours per week (Mon - Fri). Further, there is a teen house with billiards (upon availability), table kicker and game stations available, as well as the SAiLis Pitz Park with playroom, skittles alley and a tennis hall (all payable locally). Prospectively, between 26/12/2016 and 07/01/2017, between 28/01 and 04/03/2017 and from 08/04 to 22/04/2017 there will be a teeny programme available, including e.g. skittles, funhouse, teeny come-together and handicraft workshops (all services and dates are subject to change).
Rooms
The comfortable rooms are all equipped with a shower/wc, satellite TV, some with radio, some with telephone, safe (incl.), as well as a hair drier and some also have a balcony. Accommodation may take place in the main or in the side building.Board
The holiday price already includes All Inclusive light, which comprises a breakfast buffet, a warm lunch buffet or otherwise a lunch pack, an afternoon snack or cake buffet, as well as a 5-course dinner menu (with 3 main dishes to choose from) and including a salad buffet.Once per week there is a gala dinner with a 6-course menu for the adults (baby and child-care included). Children's menus or a supervised children's buffet, as well as a baby's menu board are also available. Throughout the day there is fresh fruit to take and a self-service ice buffet (10:00 - 20:00), as well as a free drinks including juices, lemonades, coffee and tea (10:00 - 22:00).
As a part of the activity gastronomy programme "Freiräume", guests can enjoy their lunch and drinks in the hotels Sailer and Stefan, as well as in the Pitz Park and in the mountain hut Hochzeiger Haus. All other meal services are only available in the Hotel Sailer.

Important notes
- Changes or limitations to the baby- and child-care times as well as the teeny programme may occur. Times and services are subject to change.
- Children born from 2007 to 2010 receive a Bambini lift pass in resort, with which they can use the lifts for free when accompanied by an adult (max. one Bambini pass per parent).
- Children born until 2011 receive a free lift pass in resort.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
