Ski area Simonhöhe
Especially beginners and families will find beautiful, clear and children friendly tracks. Children have numerous opportunities to learn how to ski or just play around. A fairytale-forest run, a children ski land, a toboggan and the "Simonhoppl" will always put a smile on the little ones' face. Snowboarders and freestylers get their money's worth in the fun park.
Whoever thinks this is not enough and is not scared of a piste that is further away can experience pure ski enjoyment in the 40 km away ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald. Over there a piste network over 100 km is available to you.The majority of intermediate pistes especially invite the experts, but also beginners will find the ideal conditions.

Further, a toboggan run , a ice sports surface for ice skaters and ice shooters ensure diverse apres ski winter fun. Those who rather prefer to go out in the evening, should take a trip to the 25 km distant Klagenfurth. There you will find various bars and discos where you can dance until the early morning hours.

The family-friendly ski area "Simonshöhe" offers a great introduction to fun sports, especially for beginners. However, if you prefer flying high and you enjoy a rush of adrenaline, then this ski area fun park is also a great place to be. Various obstacles are great for freestyle and race battles.
If you need a bit more of a challenge you can also visit Bad Kleinkirchheim, which is located not far away. Directly at the Nockalm lift, under the largest European label for snowparks - "QParks" - the park offers great obstacles which are not to be missed, located in a great sunny spot and perfect for both being active on the runs, or just sitting and watching. The division in beginner and allrounder line provides the perfect opportunity for all those who want to get to know the scene, and the park-own drag lift ensures you loose no time in doing so.
