With the lift pass "SkiHit" there is the possibility to access as many as 8 ski areas. In total that sums up to 190 km of piste on all levels of difficulty incl. ski routes, letting skier and boarder hearts beat faster. The Alta Pusteria, with resorts such as Sillian, Kartitsch and Obertilliach provide a great selection of easy to intermediate pistes and therefore are especially well suited for beginners and families. The union of the ski areas Matrei and Kals formed the Großglockner Resort and therefore the largest ski area in Eastern Tyrol with one of the longest valley runs in the Alps. An especially snow-sure terrain can be found in the ski area around Brunneralm, which also includes the ski areas Mölltal Glacier and Ankogel.
