Location and facilities
The modern 4-star Alpine Resort Sport & Spa in Saalbach is situated centrally but quietly thanks to its located on a private street. The Schattberg-X-Press lift is approx. 100 m away. There is a practise area with conveyor belts directly next to the Resort and if snow-conditions allow, you can ski-in to the accommodation. The nearest ski bus stop can be found within approx. 100 m and you have access to the cross-country trail in approx. 500 m. Upon prior reservation you can use the private shuttle from/to the train station Zell am See for free.The Resort comprises two connected buildings and is partly newly renovated. Its facilities include a spacious entrance area with reception and lobby, three lifts, Wi-Fi and an Internetc corner (both incl.), common room, various parlours, dining hall with six optically separated dining areas, a stylish hotel bar with access to the outdoor lounge and a wine cellar.
You can relax in the approx. 1,000 m² large spa area (incl.). The pool area comprises an indoor pool with bubble and massage jets (daily 07:45 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:30) and a large outdoor pool which is connected to the indoor pool. The sauna area (daily 15:00 - 19:00) offers an aroma therapy steam bath, sauna with fresh air area, Finnish sauna with outdoor ice bath, organic sauna, textile sauna, infrared sauna, 2 jacuzzis, fresh air igloo, Kneipp basin, massage loungers in the indoor area as well as two "Hotspots" (wooden barrels for bathing). For a fee you can make use of various beauty treatments and massages in the beauty centre (09:00 - 18:00, upon prior reservation).
Sports fans can look forward to 2 fitness rooms with cardio machines (daily 07:45 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:30). Various board games (e.g. Backgammon) and international newspapers are available for entertainment. For the little ones there is a playroom, children's movies and a playground available. Childcare service for children from 1 year is offered in the ski kindergarten of the in-house ski school (for a fee). Every Sunday there is an Info-night. Free-of-charge parking garages and parking spaces are also available.
Rooms
The spacious junior suites have a bath or shower/wc, flat screen cable TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), telephone, radio, CD player, safe (incl.) and mini par with soft drinks (incl.). There also is a hair drier, cosmetic mirror and either a balcony or a terrace.Board
Included in the holiday price is an All Inclusive board. In the morning you can look forward to a breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes (07:45 - 10:00) as well as a sleep-in breakfast (10:00 - 12:00). From 12:00 - 17:00 a cold and warm lunch buffet is served and in the evening you have a choice of several themed buffets with a length up to 20 m and a 4- to 5-course menu of choice (also vegetarian dishes). Additionally there is a salad, starter or dessert buffet. A children's menu is available for the little ones.From 08:00 - 24:00 you can have free drinks from the drinks buffet (e.g. juices, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea). Good quality bottled wine, prosecco, liqueurs, long drinks, draught beer, wheat beer as well as a vitality juice bar in the spa area are also at your disposal. On 24/12 there is a Christmas gala dinner on 31/12 you will be treated to a New Year's Eve gala buffet including music, midnight buffet, raffle, 1 bottle of champagne per room and free drinks until 04:00. On New Year's Eve, snacks at the bar are also included from 17:00 - 24:00.
