Location and facilities
The quietly located 4-star Kaiserhotel Kitzbühler Alpen is situated about 1.5 km from the centre of Oberndorf in the Wiesenschwang district. Kitzbühel is about 6 km away. The Bauernalm gondola lift (approx. 250 m) provides access to the skiing area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A ski bus stop is about 150 m from the house. In good snow conditions, it is possible to ski down to the hotel. A cross-country ski trail entrance is accessible after approx. 800 m.The general facilities include reception with reception area, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, Stüberl, bar, ski and boot room, children's playroom and a terrace, which is also open in winter. Free parking is also available (upon availability).
You can use the hotel's own wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room free of charge (opening times as posted on site).
You can take part in the entertainment programme free of charge, e.g. curling, dance evening or guided tour of the 300-year-old, in-house organic farm with a tour of the stables (see information on site, subject to change).

Half-board PLUS is included in the holiday price. This includes a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet, a packed lunch, an afternoon snack (15:30 - 16:30) and a buffet in the evening. You can also help yourself to non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea) from the vending machine throughout the day (10:00 - 21:00). There are special children's menus. A 4-course menu is served at Christmas (24 December) and New Year's Eve. Vegetarian dishes are also available.
