Location
The lovely 3-star Apartment House Chiara and it's side buildings, Chalet Chiara and Ferienhaus Marian are located in Gasteig area, about 5 km from the centre of Neustift in Stubai Valley. You can reach the Stubaier Glacier and Schlick 200 ski areas after approx. 12 km and a ski bus stop is only about 150 m away from the accommodation. A shuttle service to the glacier is available upon request (more info on site). About 500 m away from the accommodation, you can find a restaurant. The access to a cross-country trail is in about 300 m and to a toboggan run in approx. 1,5 km.Facilities
The cosy holiday accommodation offers many amenities for a successful holiday in the three adjacent houses. The facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, ski cellar with boot warmers, as well as free parking spaces and one charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee).A small sauna area with sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room can be found in the Apartment House Chiara, while in Chalet Chiara you can use a sauna and a relaxation room. The guest accommodate in Ferienhaus Marian may use the sauna area in Apartment House Chiara.
Accommodation can be provided in all three houses (depending on the booked apartment type).

Important notes
- Children ages 7 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can use the lifts for free when accompanied by an adult. Should children ages 7 and under (or ages 9 and under for the Stubaier Gletscher lift pass) be taking part in ski lessons, a separate lift pass has to be acquired locally. More info at the lift office.
- The 2-days and 3-days "Stubaier Gletscher" lift pass is already valid from 12:00 on the day of arrival. Therefore, please show at noon your lift pass voucher at the lift office (only valid for the "Stubaier Gletscher" lift pass, not valid on your departure day).

Reductions
