Ski area Zwei Länder Skiarena

With the "Zwei Länder Skiarena" ski pass, in addition to Nauders am Reschenpass, you can also explore the Schöneben-Haideralm ski areas on Lake Reschen and Watles with a total of around 150 kilometers of slopes and 37 lifts (see ski region).

The Nauders am Reschenpass - Bergkastel ski area in the Tyrolean Oberland consists of 75 km of piste and 11 km of ski routes. Thanks to its unusual heights ranging from 1,400 - 2,750 m altitude as well as its seamless snow-making facilities, the ski area offers high snow security.

The lively centre is the mountain station Bergkastel. Here, a skier's heart will find everything it needs: easy descends for the little ones, a snow park with boxes, kickers, rails and slides for freestylers as well as Northern slopes in XXL size for the ambitious amongst you. Professionals will love the black runs that not only available difficult passages but also a breathtaking panorama view. Those who prefer a bit more peace and quiet can go down the spacious Western run that leads via Lärchenalm, the steep alp run or the descends beneath the Tscheyeck.

The "Nauderix Kinderland" at the mountain station of the Bergkastel gondola offers a fully-equipped ski world with its own lifts and several facilities for children. The kids won't go hungry either: directly next to the "Kinderland", the panorama and kids' Restaurant Bergkastel invites the little with children's meals and a play area.

In the Nauders ski area, hotspots with free Wi-Fi access are available in all restaurants and ski huts so that you can update your family and friends at home with pictures of the beautiful mountain panorama and latest experiences directly from the slopes!

Après ski Nauders

Nauders offers not only the ideal ski area, but also attracts with several possibilities to celebrate with fellow skiers after a day on the slopes. A series of bars and pubs invite with their hot mulled wine and other treats. If that's not yet enough, great parties till 3 in the morning are on. The Monkey Pub or the Yeti-Bar are good fun and invite to stay till the early morning hours.

But that is not all - as a special event the "Show in Show" awaits every week. Here, the ski school Nauders shows the history of ski from the beginning to the modern day with impressive tricks on snowboards, skis and modern machines. After the show, there is a huge party on the Lächern alp. It's even possible to follow the event from the night tobogganing run next door.

At Reschensee there is also the possibility of going snow kiting - experience ultimate freedom gliding over the lake at high speeds. Those who prefer a quiet evening can take part in the guided snowshoe hikes or a romantic evening organised in Nauders, with a bonfire and mulled wine in the midst of the snowy mountain landscape (further information available at the tourism office).

Snowpark: Goldpark Nauders

The ski area Nauders Bergkastel is said to be one of the greatest challenges around the Reschenpass. But what about freestylers and freeriders? They are definitely up for a challenge as well!

The snow park "Goldpark Nauders" has a great offer of different obstacles and thus guarantees perfect conditions and beautiful views of the ski area Bergkastel. If you are ready to take a risk, you can enjoy a view on the cold powder from the air. Three 6 m long straight, kinked and rainbow boxes as well as three different kicker lines provide for spectacular jumps. Wave ride and rails will add to the enjoyment.

If you prefer to look at rather than experience the adrenalin kicks yourself, you can do so once a week. The local "Senseless Crew" with their evening programme "Show in Snow" will take your breath away as these guys go all out and at the same time convince of the quality of the freestyle paradise.
