- Children aged 5 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher. Children in this age range can use the lifts for free when accompanied by their parents. For children using the lifts alone (e.g. for ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased in resort. You will receive more information at the lift office.
- Please note: No changes (including name changes) to booked lift passes are possible from 5 days before departure. Subsequent bookings are only possible without a lift pass from this point onwards.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
