Location
The modern 4-star Carpe Solem resort is located in the centre of Mariapfarr, approx. 100 m from the nearest shopping facilities. The ski bus stop is around 150 m away and Mauterndorf, the entrance to the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area, is around 8.5 km away. A toboggan run on the Fanningberg is about 5 km away.Facilities
Facilities at this comfortable resort include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, children's playroom, wine cellar and a ski cellar for your equipment. Free parking spaces are available subject to availability and parking spaces in the car park are also possible by prior arrangement (subject to availability).The approx. 1,800 m² spa area invites you to relax with four different saunas, infrared cabin, whirlpool, Kneipp facility and relaxation room as well as massages (for a fee) and can be visited daily for 3 hours free of charge.
As a guest, you also receive discounted admission to the Sportwerk fitness studio approx. 1 km away (opening times according to the notice board on site).
With the included Winter Bonus Card you can, for example, use the trails in the Lignitz cross-country skiing centre (incl. daily floodlit night trail) as well as Weißpriach and Mauterndorf (details of services subject to change, see information on site).

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is permitted from the age of 14.
- The sauna area is a textile-free area.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including the age of 5; they travel free when accompanied by an adult, provided they are carried on the lap and do not require their own seat or lift bar. During ski lessons or when using the lifts unaccompanied, children require a valid Mini ticket (lift pass), which is payable on site.
