The holiday region "Wilder Kaiser" offers a total of about 65 km of tracks of easy to intermediate difficulty. In Hopfgarten (10 km of trails) and the surrounding resorts Itter, Wörgl, Angerberg and Mariastein cross-country skiers will find diverse terrain, assigned with the Tyrolean quality seal.
Popular trails are for instance the "Kaiserblickrunde", offering a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, and the 3.3 km long track in Itter. One of the longest trails of the region is the "Penningberg" trail with 7.5 km. In the evenings you can keep on training on the trails in Angerberg (3.5 km) and in Wörgl (1.1 km) which are both illuminated.
The 2.2 km high altitude trail at Hochbrixen is really worth a visit, with its impressive panorama view. Further resorts located around the Wilder Kaiser also offer perfect trails with great conditions, ideal for exploring the surrounding landscape. In total, the region offers approx. 600 km of tracks.
