Location and facilities
The friendly 4-star Alpenhotel Speckbacher Hof is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Gnadenwald. The Glungezer ski area is around 13 km away. A cross-country ski trail is located directly in front of the hotel.The accommodation facilities include a reception area with reception, lobby and left-luggage office, lift, lounge, reading and TV room, winter garden and a parlour. There is also a breakfast room, dining room, bar, restaurant, café, wine cellar, toboggan hire (1 x per stay included, additional charges apply) and a ski and boot room. Parking spaces and a car park can be used free of charge, subject to availability.
The approx. 250 m² spa area includes a Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, 2 foot massage pools, infrared cabin and a relaxation room and can be used free of charge (10 am - 10 pm, opening times subject to change, see information on site). Full-paying guests receive 1 x relaxation massage (approx. 20 min., no cash refund, non-transferable) and 1 x rose oil bath per stay free of charge. Further massages and the solarium are available for a fee.
Board
The half board included in the holiday price includes a breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes and a 4-course gourmet menu in the evening. You can also help yourself to fruit throughout the day.Pets

Important notes
- Children are only permitted to enter the spa area when accompanied by an adult.
- Rooms for allergy sufferers are available on request.
- For children born in 2015 or younger when booking the Glungezer lift pass (when booking the SKI plus City Pass 2012 and younger), no lift pass voucher is issued; they ski for free when accompanied by a parent. For children travelling alone (e.g. in ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
