Location and facilities
The very comfortable 4-star Hotel Kristall lies centrally in Finkenberg, only approx. 150 m from the gondola "Finkenberger Almbahnen", approx. 5 km from the famous resort Mayrhofen and approx. 14 km from the all-year-round skiing area on the Hintertuxer Glacier. The ski bus stops directly at the accommodation. Shopping facilities as well as cafés and bars are close by. The train station of the Zillertalbahn in Mayrhofen is approx. 4 km away. Nordic skiers have access to the next cross-country trail in approx. 3 km.The family-run hotel offers a lobby with reception, fire place and library, lift, Wi-Fi, panorama dining hall, sun terrace, bar, a la carte restaurant "Dorfstube," a buffet area, pine parlour as well as a wine cellar, children's playroom, ski room with ski boot dryer and free parking spaces (based on availability).
The well-kept, approx. 250 m² large, spa area (open 16:00 - 20:00, opening times are subject to change) with organic sauna and Finnish sauna, aromatic steam bath, relaxation room with panoramic view, infrared cabin and spa showers, refreshment area with tea, as well as a fitness room (07:00 - 20:00), is available for free. Massages and body treatments can be booked in resort for a fee.
When booking a double room by 30/11/2022, each full-paying guest will receive one spa voucher in resort worth up to €25. When booking a single room, you will receive a voucher worth up to €15 per person (vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and can only be used when making an appointment during the times of your booked stay).
Furthermore, you will receive the Tux-Finkenberg ticket for numerous services and discounts such as discounted entry for the Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen leisure pool, use of the ice skating rink and curling rink, and much more (changes and restrictions may apply).
Board
The already included half board PLUS consists of an extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared egg-based dishes, an afternoon snack with non-alcoholic beverage and drinking fountain, and a 4-course evening meal of your choice including salad bar. Various themed culinary evenings (at least twice per week) round off the offer. For an additional fee, you can have lactose-free or gluten-free meals prepared (prior reservation required). For younger guests, a children's menu is available. Special meals served on Christmas and New Year's are also included.Pets

Important notes
- Please make an appointment for your spa treatment before arrival (telephone number can be found on your holiday documents).
- Pets are not permitted in the dining hall, restaurant nor in the spa area.
- All allergies will be taken into account only when the accommodation is informed prior to arrival.
- Please note that private ski lessons are only possible with advance registration. Adult ski lessons are not bookable longer than 3 days. In addition, please be advised that the start for group lessons is always on Sundays and Mondays.
- If you booked equipment through us, you will find the equipment rental shop in Mayrhofen (approx. 5 km).
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
