Location
The family-run 4-star Family Hotel Filzmooserhof is about 500 m away from the centre of Filzmoos. The access point to the ski area is only approx. 50 m away and the Papageno mountain railway is only 300 m away. A ski bus stop is about 100 m away, the nearest cross-country trail is about 50 m away. A toboggan run is about 100 m away.Facilities
The accommodation's facilities include an entrance hall with reception and seating area, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, hotel bar, ski cellar, charging station for electric vehicles as well as free parking spaces (both subject to availability).The spa area measuring approx. 250 m² with Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, infrared cabin and heated outdoor pool (34 °C) with massage jets and counter-current system is at your free disposal.
Children are especially pampered here, a complete baby equipment (baby monitor, changing table, nappy bucket, baby bath etc.) is provided for infants on request. In Filzy's children's club, children from the age of 3 are looked after (Sunday - Friday), and there is also a spacious children's and play area for the little guests.
Board
The half board PLUS included in the holiday price comprises an extensive breakfast buffet with regional products, cake buffet (15:00 - 17:00), 4-course dinner with at least 2 main courses of choice, large salad buffet with starters and cheese selection. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose free meals as well as special dietary cuisine are available on request.For children aged 13 and under, the "Kids All Inclusive" board is included, which additionally offers lunch from the buffet (12:00 - 13:00), cake and ice cream (15:00 - 17:00), their own dinner buffet (18:30 - 20:00) as well as beverages from the children's juice bar with their own children's drinking cups.

Important notes
- Children aged 5 or under do not receive a lift pass voucher. Children in this age range can use the lifts for free when accompanied by an adult. Should your child use the lifts independently or take ski lessons, a minicard (lift pass) must be purchased in resort. This also applies for the use of ski lifts in other ski areas.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
