Location
The cosy accommodation die Unterbergerin in Gastein is situated in a quiet location in the village of Unterberg. The nearest shops and the entrance to the ski area (Dorfgastein-Großarltal) are around 3 km away in the nearby village of Dorfgastein. The ski bus stops directly at the house. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can reach a cross-country ski trail around 500 metres away and the Schlossalmbahn toboggan run is approx. 12 km away.Facilities
The general facilities of the accommodation include Wi-Fi and a ski cellar. In the guesthouse itself there is a breakfast room and a children's playroom. Parking spaces are available at the house (1 x per apartment/room included, others for a fee) and a charging station for electric cars can be used for a fee and subject to availability.On site you receive free admission to the Alpentherme Gastein, where you can enjoy various themed worlds on around 32,000 m² (in Bad Hofgastein, approx. 11 km away).
Board
Depending on the room type booked, breakfast or no catering is included in the holiday price. The breakfast option includes a rich breakfast buffet with regional food. Gluten-free food is available on request.Apartment guests can choose to book breakfast, a breakfast basket or a bread roll service for a fee (on request). You can either have breakfast in the guesthouse or pick up the breakfast basket and have breakfast in your apartment (allocation on site, depending on occupancy/availability in the guesthouse).

Important notes
- Please complete the mandatory online check-in at least 3 days before arrival using the link provided on your travel documents.
- No lift pass voucher will be issued for children aged 5 or under, they travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents on the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area and the Rauchleiten platter lift. If your child uses the lifts independently, a Minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site.
- Please note that the lift in Dorfgastein will be closed from 30/03 to 06/04/2025 due to renovation work. You are welcome to use the neighbouring ski area in Bad Hofgastein (about 9 km away) during this time. This is already included in the "Ski amadé" lift pass. You can collect your lift pass from the lift ticket office in Bad Hofgastein using the lift pass voucher. The vouchers are only accepted in printed paper format.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
Payable in resort
- Tourist tax: approx. € 2,30 per person/night
- Deposit: approx. €100 per apartment
- Research institute contribution (for 5 or more nights): €1.10 per stay
