Location and facilities

The family-run Landhaus Schermer is located on the outskirts of Brixen. To the ski area Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, as well as to the resort centre of Brixen it is approx. 800 m and shopping facilities can be found only approx. 100 m away. The furnishing of the cosy, country style accommodation includes a common room, Wi-Fi in the public areas (payable locally), a children's playroom, as well as a ski cellar. Furthermore, the Landhaus Schermer offers a fitness room with infrared cabin and relaxation room (incl.). Per apartment you can use one parking space under the carport for free.

Furnishing/Board

The spacious apartments in Tyrolean style are friendly and brightly furnished and offer an enjoyable living environment due to being designed with a lot of wood. The fully equipped kitchen offers a corner bench, hob, partly with oven, electric kettle, toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Furthermore, there are two or three separate bedrooms (each with separate shower/wc), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (payable locally), safe, hair dryer, and a balcony. Self-catering. A bread roll service is available in resort upon prior reservation (payable locally).
