Location and facilities
The cosy Gästehaus Ottenhof is located at about 1,150 m altitude with a fantastic panoramic view, directly on the valley run to Brixen (equipped with snow canons)! As such, ski-in and ski-out is possible depending on the snow conditions, and the valley station can also be easily reached on skis. The centre of Brixen im Thale as well as the nearest lift are located approx. 3 km away. Within 3 km, you can also reach the nearest cross-country trail.The mountain farm house offers cosy a Tyrolean atmosphere and comprises a main building and an approx. 10 m distant side building. The main facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi and heated ski cellar with ski boot dryers. A special service offered by this accommodation is the shuttle between the practice slope and the guest house (approx. 1.5 km away), ideal for beginners and those in need of a bit of practice (payable locally). Free parking space are also available.

The cosily furnished rooms are accommodated in the main building or annex and have a shower/WC, TV, hair dryer and some also have a balcony.Board
The included half-board consists of a farmer's breakfast buffet and a 3-course evening menu. Vegetarian dishes available upon request. The Christmas (24/12) and New Year's Eve menus are also included.Pets

Important notes
- Snow chains are recommended for arrival and departure, as access is via a mountain road.
- In case the valley slope is closed due to lack of snow, the valley station in Brixen has to be accessed by car (no ski bus).
- If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire shop is located in Westendorf (approx. 5 km).
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
