Ski holidays Biberwier – family resort in ideal location!
Biberwier
In front of the wonderful backdrop of the Zugspitze and the Wetterstein mountains lies the small resort Biberwier. Along the old mountain pass road (Fernpasstrasse) it winds itself up the mountain. For winter sports fans Biberwier is located perfectly: you can choose between manageable, beginner-friendly and especially family-friendly ski areas directly in front of the door, or you can venture over to the more challenging Zugspitz Arena. The quiet resort Biberwier is ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. Yet. thanks to it's central location it is also the perfect place to be for organising a diverse leisure programme during your holiday.Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena
Gorgeous mountains, traditional villages and a snow-white, enchanting sea of peaks make up the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena. Framed by the Mieminger and Wetterstein mountain chains is the Ehrenwalder basin, where the seven Zugspitz Arena resorts are to be found. Whether skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ice skating or hiking, pretty much everything is possible in and around the Zugspitz Arena resorts. In addition to sporting activities, the resorts entice visitors on a shopping stroll or in for a snack in a cosy inn. There is snow security through until spring on the Zugspitzplatt in the Zugspitz glacier area. In addition to the Zugspitz, a further 6 ski areas are available. The area also offers many easy to intermediate pistes, making it an ideal family holiday destination.Travel Biberwier
