Location and facilities
The cosy Family Holiday Village Kirchleitn is composed of approx. 30 Carinthian farm houses and lies in the resort centre of St. Oswald, about 5 km away from the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The "Brunnachalm" gondola can be reached after about 200 m. When snow conditions allow it, ski-in until just shortly before the accommodation is possible.The holiday village itself is made up of two smaller villages (Großwild and Kleinwild) and offers a reception, welcome area, Internet corner and Wi-Fi, two block saunas and relaxation area, restaurant, bar, café, children's playroom and terrace. Free parking spaces can also be found. Allocation can take place in both villages.
Furthermore, the "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" lift pass is valid each day for either use of the ski lifts or for entry to the thermal Roman baths (special offer periods excluded). For arrivals from 07/03 - 29/03/2020, your lift pass will also provide you with a 50% reduction on entry for the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (as per info in resort, sauna for a surcharge, not valid for night tariff).
Board
The already included half board consists of a breakfast buffet with regional items as well as an evening buffet. Children up to the age of 13 will be provided with a special children's buffet and free drinks from the juice fountain during meals. Meals are served either in the restaurant "Bauernwirt" or in the "Tenne" in the Kleinwild village.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the sauna is permitted to guests ages 14 and up.
- The "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" lift pass is valid each day for either use of the ski lifts or for entry to the thermal Roman baths (special offer periods excluded).
- Children born in and after 2014 will not receive a lift pass voucher: children up to the age of 3 can use the lifts for free providing they are accompanied by a parent and do not require their own seat on the lift, while children up to the age of 5 (born in 2014) must purchase a children's lift pass in resort. Further information can be found at the lift office.
- During the "Skithermen Wochen" (German for "Skiing/Thermal Bath Weeks", from 07/03 - 29/03/2020), the lift pass cannot be removed and is valid for one day of skiing per night (ex: 7 days of skiing for 7 nights stays). When presenting your lift pass, you will also receive a 50% reduction on entry for the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (starting from 4 hours, not valid for night tariff).

Reductions

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
