Although one of the smallest independent states in Europe, Andorra is home to the largest ski area outside the Alps. It's no wonder that cross-country ski fans will find what they are looking for. There are numerous tracks surrounding the resort Grau Roig, which can also appeal to the more experienced cross country skiers. The resort Pas de la Casa is located at an altitude of 2,100 m and is well known for its direct access to the pistes, the sunny weather and it's bargain beer. Furthermore this is also where Andorra's wildest night life takes place.
The variety of cross-country tracks is enlarged by taking into account the trails in Saint Juliá de Lòria with the cross-country ski centre in La Rabassa. Here both beginners and experts have the possibility to enhance their skills.
