Another plus point are the modern lifts in Tyrol, which transport skiers and snowboarders safely up the mountain, as well as free Wi-Fi in most ski resorts, which allows holidaymakers to share pictures directly from the piste with the world or check the weather forecast, among other things. In addition, there are usually enough ski schools in all ski resorts to introduce beginners to winter sports, help advanced skiers to improve their technique or even make it easier for former ski bunnies to get back on the slopes. Another advantage, of course, is that more than 500 of the Tyrolean mountains reach the breathtaking altitude of over 3,000 metres, which means that snow is guaranteed in the ski resorts.
