Conditions of participation for the giveaway “Free stay at the Impuls Hotel Tirol in Bad Hofgastein”.
1. Giveaway organiser
The giveaway is organised by TravelTrex GmbH, Bonner Str. 484-486, 50968 Cologne (“TravelTrex”). TravelTrex provides prizes for the giveaway. The giveaway is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Questions, comments or complaints in regards to this giveaway should not be sent to Facebook or Instagram, but exclusively to TravelTrex. The recipient of data submitted by participants of the giveaway is not Facebook or Instagram, but TravelTrex. All personal data provided will only be used for the participation in this specific giveaway. Your contact for the organisation and execution as well as the shipping of the prizes is TravelTrex.
2. Participation and prizes
The giveaway is open to all persons over 18 years of age. Participating in the giveaway is possible through:

The promotion starts on 30/09/22 at 12:00 (GMT+2). The closing date is 09/10/22 at 23:59 (GMT+2). The following prize will be drawn from all participants who have liked the post and answered the question White Christmas in the Alps? SnowTrex makes it possible for you! And who should not be missing from this fantastic holiday?
A short holiday of 2 nights for 2 persons at the Impuls Hotel Tirol in Bad Hofgastein incl. half board PLUS (travel period: 23/12/22 – 25/12/22).
The winner will be notified via direct message. The participants agree to have their name (name or profile name) mentioned if they win.
The giveaway is not open to TravelTrex employees. Partners of TravelTrex are also not allowed to enter the giveaway. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge. Voluntary spending by the participant related to the giveaway will not be refunded. It is in the responsibility of the participant to provide correct personal data. It is mandatory that all personal data must be accurate. In case of a breach of these terms and conditions, TravelTrex reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway.
By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to comply with the official regulations in force at the time of travel to contain the spread of the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus and any additional regulations issued by TravelTrex GmbH as organiser. In the event of non-compliance, participants may be excluded from participation at any time before or during the trip.
Persons with the typical symptoms (cough, fever, cold, a disturbance or loss of the sense of smell or taste and acute shortness of breath) of an infection with the coronavirus according to § 2 para. 8 HmbSARS-CoV-2-EindämmungsVO are not permitted to start the journey.
3. Duration of the giveaway and prizes
TravelTrex reserves the right to suspend or end the giveaway prematurely at any time and without prior notice, in case justifiable circumstances should arise.
Prizes are non-transferable. The winner is randomly picked from the pool of participants, who fulfil the requirements specified in paragraph 2. The decision of the winner by TravelTrex is final and binding. A cash reimbursement of the prize is not possible, legal resource is excluded. The winner will be notified via a comment under his/her comment on Facebook, or through e-mail, and will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize within 7 days, he/she will automatically forego the rights to claim the prize and a new winner will be selected. The new winner will also be randomly selected, as described in paragraph 2. The prize must be won under the travel conditions specified by TravelTrex; alternative dates and special requests by the winner cannot be accommodated. Transport and lift passes are not included in the prize.
4. Limitation of liability
Participants hereby acknowledge that TravelTrex does not accept any responsibility for the availability of the webpages related to this giveaway or the content provided on those pages. TravelTrex reserves the right to limit the availability of the webpages or to shut down the pages (even without prior notice). Therefore, TravelTrex also does not accept any responsibility in case the webpages relevant to the giveaway are not offered without interruptions. All of TravelTrex liabilities towards the participants end with the shipping of the prize, at the latest.
5. Data protection
By submitting data, the participant grants TravelTrex the right to use the data for all steps necessary to run and conduct the giveaway as well as to ship the prizes. Data will be treated according to German law (BDSG). The participant agrees that TravelTrex will collect, process and share their personal data with external parties necessary to run and conduct the giveaway and to organise the prizes. TravelTrex will not share any personal data with any other third party. The participant agrees to this use, particularly the publication, of his/her personal data. At any time, the participant has the right to ask TravelTrex about information on all collected data about them, as well as correction of the data. Participants can revoke the right for future use of their data by stating this wish in an email to dataprotection@snowtrex.com.
6. Application of these terms and conditions
These conditions of participation apply to participation in the competition “Free stay at Impuls Hotel Tirol in Bad Hofgastein”. TravelTrex reserves the right to change or edit these terms and conditions at any time with immediate effect for the future. Participants will be informed on the giveaway page in case of such a change.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law shall be applied for all issues related to this giveaway. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, the place of business of TravelTrex.
8. Miscellaneous
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Unenforceable or missing provisions should be interpreted in a way that corresponds to how the provisions would have been formulated, should the unenforceability have been known.

- a short holiday of 3 nights for 2 persons at Hotel Blü – bin so frei in Bad Hofgastein incl. half board (travel period: 3 nights selectable in December or from mid-March).
The winner will be notified through a comment. The participants agree to having their name (name or profile name) mentioned if they win.
